Business platform for manufacturers and distributors

Run the whole business on one platform.

NXTA puts finance, stock, purchasing, sales, people, time and projects in one workspace. Access is decided on the server, every change is audited, and you pay for what you record — with a free monthly allowance on every meter, not a licence for every person you hire.

How you start

Requested, provisioned, metered from the first record.

No card, no setup fee and no per-seat licence. Your workspace is active as soon as it is provisioned, the meters count what your team actually records, and the normal monthly allowance applies to every one of them. The bill follows the work — not the size of the payroll.

The operational core

Built for the floor, not just the office.

The work that decides whether the numbers are true happens at the shelf, the gate and the rota — not in a monthly report. These are the controls people actually touch.

Clock in from the phone

A punch is one row — clock in, then clock out in place. No spreadsheet, no kiosk queue.

  • Each punch is scored against your site fence: inside, outside with the distance, or unchecked when the phone has no fix.
  • An outside punch is still recorded and flagged to HR — it never silently disappears.

Shift scheduling by department

Reusable templates, a weekly roster and coverage that is checked before you publish.

  • Coverage gaps are returned as data, so a short shift is visible before the week starts.
  • A published roster is read-only until unpublished, and the employee sees their own week on the phone.

Stock that agrees with the shelf

Every receipt, issue, transfer and correction is a movement, at moving-average cost.

  • A task reserves its consumables under a compare-and-set, so the same stock is never promised twice.
  • A correction is an adjustment with a name and a time — never an overwritten number.

Pay for what actually arrived

The purchase order, goods receipt and supplier invoice are compared as numbers.

  • A partial delivery stays an open commitment, not a payable.
  • The invoice can be read back to the receipt and the order line behind it.

Nine areas, one workspace

Every area is licensed together at launch and shares one database, so the stock figure the warehouse sees is the one finance costs and the one a sales order reserves. Each person sees only the tabs their role grants.

  • Finance

Chart of accounts, journals, A/R and A/P, payroll runs, statements from the ledger.

  • Stock & assets

Items, stock levels, movements, reservations, average cost and asset custody.

  • Purchasing

Requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts and a three-way match.

  • Sales & CRM

Accounts, contacts, pipeline, opportunities, quotations and orders.

  • Projects & tasks

Portfolios, milestones, task teams, checklists, calendar and costing.

  • People & hiring

Employees, departments, the reporting line, org chart and the ATS pipeline.

  • Time & attendance

Timesheets, clock-in punches on the phone and published shift schedules.

  • Documents

A tenant-scoped vault with signatures and evidence attached to the record.

  • Access & governance

Roles and capabilities, segregation of duties, audit trail, tenant isolation.

One bill, metered on what you use

Each area is metered on the resource it stores — active employees, clock-in punches, stored SKUs, purchase orders, invoices issued, deals won, payroll runs, active projects, tasks opened, scheduled shifts, uploaded documents and push devices — with a free monthly allowance and graduated rates above it. Employees are one meter, not the price of admission.

One bill after the month closes

The month closes on the 1st and produces one invoice per company for the usage it recorded, payable by card or bank transfer on 14-day terms. The invoice line follows the meter, so the bill can be read back to the rows behind it.

Your data stays yours

Every record is scoped to the company that owns it, on every read and every write, and access is decided by the server from roles and capabilities — never by hiding a button.

Start with the workspace you actually need.

Request a workspace, bring your own items and customers, and the bill follows what you record.
